THE SERVE CHALLENGE
Watering Seeds Organization, tennis legend, Roscoe Tanner, and Diaspora Showcase, are staging a “Serve Challenge” fundraiser on Veteran’s Day, Saturday, November 11, 2023. The event will be a celebration of serving both on and off the tennis court, with a tennis clinic from 9 am to 11 am and serve skills challenge to follow. The clinic, conducted by Roscoe Tanner and Brady Mazzola of BAM! FiTennis, will encompass the mechanics of serving including the proper kinetic chain from stance, toss, wind up, contact point, and follow-through.

In Partnership with Motion LA, Sam Querrey will host a Pickleball Exhibition with a few friends to benefit Watering Seeds Organization. This is going to be EPIC as some of the best Pickleball Players in the world will be competing on the roof of the La Parc Melrose.

Ball For The Cause: Celebrity Charity Flag Football Game
We are excited to announce that on April 24, 2021, along with the NFLPA Houston Chapter, Huddle Up Foundation, and Matthew’s Hope Foundation, we will host our first annual “Ball for the Cause” Celebrity Charity Flag Football Game, to be held at the Houston Texans YMCA from 9:30a-12:00p.
This all-inclusive sports event will feature flag football, as well as a wheelchair football game of Military Veterans versus NFL Players/Alumni. By creating a community of camaraderie that unites NFL athletes with Veterans, we are helping to heal the seen and unseen wounds of our warriors and are bridging the gap between the able-bodied and disabled communities through inclusion.
